Wellbeing at Work

At Lea_p, we believe that leadership starts with self. That can look like many things, increasing our self awareness and understanding our triggers, but in the context of mental health it means having deep compassion and caring for ourselves. Now more than ever our mental health needs to be looked after, especially in our work place.

Lea_p want to offer wellbeing and specific mental health services to our clients and we have added a Mental Health Specialist to our team.

Mental Health

We offer several 1 hour webinars and workshops that can help support your company and teams create a positive mental health space at work.

Mindfulness

The positive benefits of a Mindfulness practice on wellbeing, stress reduction, resilience, concentration, high performance and Emotional Intelligence are now well supported by scientific research.

We have several Mindfulness workshops including our  Mindfulness @Work training programme which provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the practice and benefits of Mindfulness and a facilitated eight week journey in exploring its benefits and reaping the rewards.

Are you looking to bring Mindfulness to your team/organisation but don't see a format that fits your needs? Have you a training segment where you are looking to incorporate Mindfulness? Or maybe you are not sure what solution is best for your context? If so, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to set up a call to explore that with you. We love to get creative with you to design and deliver an offering that perfectly matches your needs.
