Team Workshops
We offer a range of workshops to create high-performing teams. In particular, our flagship “reconnection” workshop is designed to bring teams back in alignment after a stressful period or set them up for a new challenge. We also create bespoke workshops designed to address the particular needs of your team and help them get back to excelling at their work.
Our workshops start at £7995 +VAT per day.
Team Coaching
Our team coaching is used by senior leadership teams who really want to get clear on the next chapter of their company. We help these teams have difficult conversations, build accountability with each other and adapt to big change (e.g. a new CEO or acquisition). Team coaching is a specialist skill and our coaches are leaders in this field.
Our Executive Coaching starts at £400p/h.
Assessments
We offer team assessments designed to help you understand where your team excels as well as the areas where they need to upskill. We work with the Leadership Circle Profile’s Culture Survey to perform these indepth assessments which go beyond classic psychometric testing and into the full range of a team’s potential. It’s one of the only offers out there which allows you to see at a glance where your team’s weaknesses are and how to improve them, fast.
