Prior to working at Lea_p, Stephanie was completing her Communications degree whilst working as a Team Leader for the National Citizen Service. Her role involved working with young individuals in order to inspire and develop their confidence and initiative.

Alongside her degree, Stephanie spent a year studying Psychology and Individual Well-Being in North Carolina. She has a passion for building relationships and is known for being an enthusiast about the little things in life.
